Jake Whaley, CCIM

Jake joined AllSouth in 2021 to grow its presence in Central and Eastern Alabama. Jake earned his Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University and graduated with summa cum laude honors. Jake understands construction and has experience as a general contractor, civil-site contractor, and owner’s representative in construction management. Jake worked as an office leasing agent at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dallas, TX, where he was responsible for leasing a 2M SF office portfolio. He leverages his experience in Dallas to market his clients’ property.

As Alabama-natives, Jake and his wife, Erin (Beasley), came back home after welcoming their first child to the world. Jake brings the hustle and marketing of leasing in Dallas to his family’s boutique firm. Jake is Joe and Cindy's grandson and embraces the opportunity to continue the tradition of excellence at AllSouth.
